Our benefits
Because we want to offer applicants the best possible experience, we always try to keep the application process as short as possible. However, on average it takes about 2 to 4 weeks to complete our process, depending on the position.
Once you have sent your application, you will receive a reply from us that we have received it. 2 to 5 days later, you will receive an email from us about the next steps in the process.
Our application process varies slightly by position, but most often consists of the following steps:
● An initial introduction through a Cultural Interview
● A chance to prove your skills by completing a Case Study
● A deeper knowledge test through Technical and/or Founders Interview(s)
● A look into your past via Reference Call(s)
If you are a resident of Germany (or want to be), in most cases you can work either in a hybrid or a 100% remote model. Workations are also possible, but there are some (legal) regulations from where you are allowed to work. There are of course always exceptions, e.g. if a position requires physical presence for certain tasks.
For your home office you will of course be provided with a laptop, mouse, headset, and monitor.
